as motivation before my workout, i have decided to compile a list of all of the reasons that i want to lose this weight once and for all.

-to look good in clothes
-to look good naked
-to not constantly be aware of my weight
-to not wear out the insides of my leggings
-to not chafe on the insides of my thighs during the summer
-to wear a bikini
-to have my boyfriend pick me up
-to not be conscious of by breathing when i am walking
-to feel physically fit
-to not be the fat friend
-to give my boyfriend the hot girlfriend he deserves
-to feel ready to say yes to anything, without the limitations of being fat (i.e. i will get too sweaty doing that, i will be out of breath doing that, i will look bad doing that, etc.)
-to feel entirely proud of myself
-to stop putting the added stress of 60 extra pounds on my body
-to feel petite, not just short and fat
-to fit into any boots that i want
-to not be bigger than my mom
-to get rid of my digestive issues/migraines
-to not look like a giant marshmallow in my winter coat
-to not get extra sweaty this summer
-to feel strong

i am sure i will think of more things...but with as many reasons as i already have, how can i not do this?!

    I highly recommend if you can find it, watch Food Hospital. There was an episode on Migraines. They helped a kid so much with diet that he hadn't had one in months.
