Work out change ups.

I recently had a couple of days of recovery exercising and noticed I continued to take off pounds without the vigorous workout. I resumed my regular working out, and felt refreshed because of the rest. I also have been trying new strength machines as well as a couple ab exercises I never would have dreamed of trying before. I will continue to add weight to the strength machines to increase muscle.
