What's going on with Fat 2 Fit podcast? According to Facebook "After a fun Spring Break, new show coming this week." I haven't been in touch with Russ or Helena, so I guess it's Dave's turn. And there's no new blogs entries from Dave, the other listener checking in with a weight journey. daveslosingit.wordpress.
It's a lot of work putting together a podcast, so let's show them some love!


I've been in my calorie range 6 out of 7 days. Exercise and motivation are 100%.

I have my personal training today. I told Britney I want to do upper body because my legs and tucus are sore.
