Over the weekend the self imposed food challenge went really, really well, and on top of that I tracked my time for the 5K. I'm at 38 minutes...so I just have a little bit to trim if I want to make my goal of 35 or under. It's good motivation to keep at it at the gym...and to push myself just a little harder on the treadmill.

Hope you all had a great weekend! I'm back on the work train...and sticking with what I was doing for the "food challenge" even though the weekend is over. I figure that it's just good to make little baby goals and steps while working on making changes...it seems to help me focus.
