Monday - Boxing (done, boxed twice and got a great workout)
Tuesday - 6km run without stopping, ST
Wednesday - Boxing
Thursday - 5km run
Friday - ST
Saturday - Rest (marching down the main street in Auckland for a teacher protest!)
Sunday - Whenuapai 6k run!

Whoop whoop, lets get this done!!!
