I was doing really well with exercise for a bit until I allowed a funeral trip and the warming weather to derail me. I need to keep up with my exercise. I feel better when I do it, It has positive effects on my body and my mood so why is it so hard to just do it?
I have my goals in front of me every day- posted in the pantry, on my mirror, in my car.
Why not do the same thing with my motivators?
So I created a post with the following and placed it on my mirror, next to where I sit in the evenings prior to my walk and in my pantry to help with periodic cravings.
Here is my list - what would yours look like?
How LONG do you want to live?
What QUALITY of life do you want?
How BADLY do you want to feel better?
How IMPORTANT is it for you to look better and be more comfortable in your own skin?
How SIGNIFICANT is it to you to have the energy to keep your home lovely and pursue the goals that fulfill you?
How CRITICAL is it that you be around to help your son as he grows to a man?
