Challenge #2.5- No Sweets (This challenge will run until May 6)
In the last few weeks I've had a constant craving for sweets. Especially for chocolate and cookies. So I'm going to challenge myself not to eat cake, cookies or candy for 4 weeks. Too many sweets always make me feel sluggish so I'm hoping by the end of this challenge I'll be able to focus on consuming healthy snacks instead of sweets.
