Challenge #2.5- No Sweets (This challenge will run until May 6)

In the last few weeks I've had a constant craving for sweets. Especially for chocolate and cookies. So I'm going to challenge myself not to eat cake, cookies or candy for 4 weeks. Too many sweets always make me feel sluggish so I'm hoping by the end of this challenge I'll be able to focus on consuming healthy snacks instead of sweets.

    That is a tough one with sugar, but always remember, it is mind over matter!

A person feels a whole lot better without sugar.

    I read your challenge blogs and had to laugh. I do monthly challenges, sometimes no sugar, sometimes no pop, sometimes no processed food, sometimes execersie stuff, etc. Everyone thinks I'm a nut, but it keeps things from getting boring for me so I continue on!! I love that there is someone else out there just like me!! Keep it up and good luck with kissing the sweets goodbye!!
