Challenge #2- Exercise 5 days for at least 30 mins

· Try to get back into exercising throughout the day since I've been too tired in the evening
· Be creative

RESULTS: Only exercised 4 days in the last week. emoticon Going to challenge myself to do this again next week. NO EXCUSE for not being able to do it.

    I find it easiest to find time during the day to exercise! I am so horribly tired at night, it just doesn't work, mainly in the winter months. When it gets nice out (and stays nice out) we usually try to have a family walk, which I count as my evening work out! Keep up the good work with the challenges...it's a great way to make new habits! emoticon
