Challenge #2- Exercise 5 days for at least 30 mins
· Try to get back into exercising throughout the day since I've been too tired in the evening
· Be creative
RESULTS: Only exercised 4 days in the last week.
Going to challenge myself to do this again next week. NO EXCUSE for not being able to do it.
Weight Loss: 0.4 pounds
