Weigh-in and C25K Week 2 Day 2

Today was weigh-in day. I was 176.4 this morning. It's a 0,8 lbs loss, for a total of 17 lbs since the beginning of January.

I decided in January that I would try to lose slowly, because a quick weight loss has never worked well for me in the long term. But I admit I've had a hard time with the numbers of the past few weeks. Summer is coming and I'd like to at least no longer be obese this summer (so under 164). A loss is a loss and it's good but I'd like to get a solid 2lbs loss next week. Hopefully...

Today was also a running day and the weather was super nice so it was fun. Oddly enough, I find that the workouts aren't long enough. I'd like to keep going, or even better, I'd like to run 5 days a week instead of 3-4. But I'm a beginner and I don't want to burn out so it's probably best to go slow...

I did week 2 day 2 today, with the jogging stroller. It went really well except for one little hill. I was hoping I wouldn't have to jog at that part but I heard the trainer's voice say "jog" so I had to at least try. I'll be honest, I couldn't do it, not with the stroller. But I jogged all the other times! I think I'll try to avoid that hill when I have to take the stroller with me...
