So today is gonna be my first day working out again..gonna start with 30 minutes at about 13 mph. Feeling pretty good! I was concerned with how my weight loss would react with not being able to ride but it turns out i was silly to worry! Just by staying on program with my eating I lost 4 lbs!

    Thanks you all! I didnt make it the 30 minutes but i did bike a mile before i really started hurting!
