I am starting to notice a few changes in my body. Take for example Saturday, the husband and I decided to go to the gym for a bit. He has been working with me on finding fun ways to incorporate exercise into my life and racquetball is one of those ways currently. We played for 2 whole hours. I kept going and going. I didn't want to stop. I was pouring down sweat and laughing away the whole 2 hours. When I logged it on to SparkPeople, bam 1973 calories burnt. Boo ya. then we took a 30 minute bike ride to a park I wanted to explore by the house. Last year walking would have seemed like a chore but now I am playing racquetball and then riding my bike. My body is getting so much stronger and since I have been dwelling on the negative I haven't seen it. Feels good to see it now and makes me even more excited to go to the gym. Imagine how much stronger I am going to keep getting as I stick to my goals!
