Day 7 of Bob Harper's Skinny Rules

Today is weigh-in day & I lost 4.8lbs last week. No one is more surprised than me! I ate out twice last week & really tried to make good choices, I'm not sure I will continue for a whole month.....my original plan was to do try out the rules for 2 weeks. I'll see how this week goes & decide if I want to continue. emoticon emoticon

    Having been a skinny girl my entire life, I am very curious about the book. Wonder if I do the things suggested without even knowing it? Never thought I had "rules". Hmm.
    Anyway, big congrats on your success!! That's an amazing 1 week loss!
