SUN'S UP -Time to get my battle gear on!

Monday, April 08, 2013

After having walked yesterday in the rain and wind and sleet and cold for 45 minutes , the sun came out! emoticon OK, so last night I got out the Melissa , the skullcap, the L-Tryptophan, the Calcium and knocked myself out...got some good sleep for a change...and that was right after I fried the leg on the wall heater and the heating pad. Yep, I use Magnessium AND Potassium....The REAL mistake I make is going to church and not wearing my spike heels....so I wised up and wore my 3" spikes yesterday and SAVED myself from the Charley Horsing! The pews over here are built by the Mad Monk of Russia, Rasputin! They are built for Taaaaaaaallllll people thereby cutting the circulation off in my legs. emoticon Later Fans...love you all - emoticon oops gotta go UPS coming to door and I'm still in my nightgown......

I hate it when that happens; and it is always something that needs a signature LOL
Glad to hear that the cramp situation is a little better. I got out of the gym last night and found my feet and toes cramping up- ouch. So I was thinking about ya. I was supposed to be driving home :-p We ran on the road as part of our workout and I needed more electrolytes too. I never thought about wearing heels- I'm a sneakers kind of girl :-) emoticon
