So I am happy to say that today I am going to kick my butt into gear and get back on track. Being sick last week really threw me off. I'm happy to say I didn't gain any weight. Im actually down a pound. So I kept one of the 4 I lost with the flu. So that's awesome. I didn't stay in the 130s though. I weighed myself this morning and I was 140.4 lbs. That's okay. I'm hoping to really buckle down this week and get to 139. For good! I've seen it twice on the scale since February, but, I just keep slipping up. I said in a status about a week ago, I had been gaining and losing the same 2 lbs all March. Well I am done. No more complacency!
I didn't reach my March Goal of 138. I'm gonna make it my April goal. I am hoping to reach 135 by May. Then I would LOVE to reach my goal weight of 130 by June! To reach all these goals I really need to stop slipping up. I seem to be taking a step forward and a step back. I was sick about half of March, so I actually did somewhat good considering. I'm hoping all the sickness is behind us and we have a healthy and progressive April. I also really need to start incorporating exercise consistently into my life. I have such a hard time with this. My husband and I have been looking at bikes online. I'm hoping to get one by the weekend, then we can go on family bike rides on the weekends. I think that will help me to stay on track on the weekends.
Oh and on a side note, I got 18 out of 31 days with my no sugar challenge for March. I know that if I didn't get sick I would have done much better. I am going to try and get as many days as possible for April as well. This may just be an on-going challenge for me. I may just continue to see how many days I can go without sugar each month. It's kinda fun for me.
Well this is where Im at right now. Im going to push to have a great week AND weekend. I'm going to weigh-in next Monday and hopefully see some good results on the scale.
