Today is day 8 of my healthy living streak emoticon

Daily goals are

-Drink 9 glasses of water every day emoticon
-Track all food and stay at my low end of my calorie range emoticon


Fitness schedule is as follows:

Mon - DDP YOGA - Energy
TKD class


Tues - Sparkpeople Tone & Burn
3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD

Wed - DDP YOGA - Energy
Sparkpeople Short cardio burst
TKD class


Thur - DDP YOGA - Energy
- 3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD


Fri - - Sparkpeople Tone and Burn
- Sparkpeople Cardio Burst (not sure if I can do all of this, but that's the plan)


Sat - - Walk in the park with the kids if the weather cooperates

Sun - -Sparkpeople Short Cardio -Sculpt
-3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD

After a week of eating well and exercising, I'm feeling great. emoticon
