A new start this spring was easier said than done but I believe I make it harder than it is.

Decided to think less and do more....going to write a plan for the day and make it so simple even an idiot can follow it. I have decided to not have the highest expectation and stress myself out but to simplify and do the least so I have no excuse for not doing it at all.

Will let you know how it turns

Love to you all on our special life journey together.

Love Yvonne

Love it. Keep things simple. Don't try to do EVERYTHING at once. Have a plan that works for YOU and have fun. YOU CAN DO IT.

Yvonne, I like your way of thinking. I have decided to write a list of all the things that are really bothering me and which of them are causing me to derail. Life is important and we both need to live it. Good Luck, sweetie! Noel

That's the way to go Yvonne, one meal at a time, and always have a plan

SIMPLE!!!! Yes!!!!! My plan is to make it harder to be bad than it is to be good.

Rome wasn't built in a day, but it WAS built of individual, well-laid stones!

Yvonne, what is that saying? "The best made plans goes a rye" Something to that effect. I am struggling also. It seems I just can't get through the day without giving in to bad eating. I guess the main thing though is that we are not giving up. I know from the past, I will get up one of these mornings and the flame will be bright again. Why it leaves, who knows. How we get it back, is the great mystery. BUT it will be back if we keep on trying. Hopefully very soon. I am rooting for you.

Hugs, Gail

Hi Yvonne, For starters just focus on a few things to work on improving. . .and take One day at a time.. At the end of the day write to yourself how well you've done. Getting better and healthier and doing it all doesn't suddenly happen so take each day as it comes and do the best you can for the day. You seem to be on the right Track and I'll be here rooting for you to move forward and feel better with less stress and more energy. emoticon emoticon emoticon
