Here's a smoothie that worked for me:
1/3 cup of cold, cooked carrots
1 cup of frozen mixed fruit
Lime flavored water (Walmart brand)
I put it into my blender on food chop setting, then max ice crush, and Whoa!
It tastes great! Looks pretty. And best of all... you can't taste the carrots.
Just one more way to get in another veggie!
