So as planned, my boyfriend and I left to go home to our hometowns for the week (Our hometowns are ~10kms apart). I ate the healthy snack that I packed on the way during the nine hour drive. And of course we stopped to a few gas stations on the way. So in total besides the good food I had packed, I had a small bag of chips, half a bar, a bottle of water, and a magnum ice cream. I know that sounds bad, but compared to the trips I've had before driving 9 hours home and 9 hours back, thats a cute little amount compared to what I could have had. We also avoided eating at a restaurant along the way :) And it was Friday, which is treat day after I weigh.
It's Monday now and I'm still home and overt the weekend I have to admit that I did not do as bad as I thought I would. My boyfriend and I bought a treat each last night and I had a bar and a small bag of chips. I had a BBQ Saturday and I did not over eat at all.
So I'm pretty pleased with myself and the amount of splurging I did not do while I was home :)
I weighed Friday past and I gained 0.7 of a pound. I was a little upset at first with it because of how hard I have been trying this past week. However I plan to eat less and workout more this upcoming week and kick it harder at the gym. Hopefully this Friday will have different results for me :) Wish my luck Sparkers :)
