Almost Fully Recovered

I was so wrong to think it I could just push through the pain. Though my back is still tender and healing from the Water Zumba fiasco, It is to the point where I can get back to Water Walking. It is a pain, that pain is such a distraction. I've lost 5 days of focus, though the class was fun it is not worth what I ended up losing. Being distracted by the pain led to a non-productive weekend and lousy decisions.

Thankfully there are other activities that I can participate in without injuring my back. I will listen to my body tonight as I get back into the water.

Moving forward.

    Well, I am glad that it's feeling better. I don't blame you for not going back to water zumba! Apparently not suited for you.

    I'm sorry that this water zumba wasn't a good thing. However you learned something and now you are on the path to recovery and getting back to what works. Water walking is a great exercise so go for it!

I missed commenting on your blog about stress but I liked that one as well. You are using a lot of the tools you have picked up so just keep moving ahead!

This is going to be our year - if we make it happen for us!! I expect great things from both of us!
