1.Track my food every single day. CHECK 2/2
2.Stay in range 7 days a week. CHECK 2/2
3.Walk for a minimum of 20 minutes daily. CHECK 2/2 Walked for 1 hour. I felt at 40 minutes that I might stop at 45, but the last 20 minutes went very quickly, so I stayed on!
The kids and I got new bike helmets, and we got the bikes out. The tires all needed air, so we put air in all 4 sets of tires, then the three of us went for a trial run ride to the school and back. It felt great to get out with the kiddos and get active. Bikes to school and back from now on instead of walking.
