I have been waking up in the 150's for a week now! I am starting a new week, gonna lower my calorie count and see if I can keep moving foward. I have nothing else to focus on right now, why not attempt to get to 150 and then see where I am at. I got back to biking to work last week and I am gonna bike again this morning. Just arrive at work so energized, I love it!
I wore my HRM for the first time in awhile yesterday to these two classes I do back to back. I hate wearing the band anymore, it's so uncomfortable. I was guessing I usually burn 400-500 calories in the dance class and then 200 or so in the lifting class. I ended up burning 1034 between the two yesterday. My fitbit was off by 200-300 calories burned all by it's self. I guess it's better to eat less then too much as a result. I wasnt really starving yesterday as a result. That's what I like about dancing instead of running. I don't feel like I am starving to death afterwards. Plus I have friends who will dance. My friends don't run with me. I need to get some runs in this week, I am doing a 5k on Sunday. Better get on that.
Scott built me my website yesterday. It's still a work in progress but here it is so far.
