Ch 10, Day 65

Monday, April 08, 2013

I shut off my alarm this morning. After a restless night, probably from exercising too late the evening before, I didn't want to get out of bed. It's 6:30a, and I am laced up, and tired, but ready to walk. I need to get out there before grandbaby arrives.

This is the last full week I will have of grand baby, as her relief sitter is due back into town on the weekend. It will be another busy week, but nothing like the craziness of last week, with "month end" activities for clients.

Weather is supposed to be up in the 60s again today. I might be able to get a bonus walk in from a stroller walk with grand baby.

Hello! M-F structure...love your rhythm
Tulips and hyacynths are getting closer to blooming with the warm temperatures
Made some serious headway with my business tax info

Eat in range
Walk a combined 4 miles
Sit grand baby
Client work
Work on my tax records

It's going to be a full, productive, healthy, fit day. How about you? What do you have planned?

Action! Roll'em!

Ate in range, but just barely
Got my 4 miles in, just barely....had to cut walk with baby short due to rain
Haven't touched my own tax records yet....but then again, the day is not over with yet. Oh, yes, it is....tomorrow is another day.

I also have a hard time falling asleep if I exercise too late. Hope you got you walk in today.
Your weather is better than mine today, it's 49 degrees and raining, but that is ok, very good for the garden.
Excited to hear about all you flowers ready to bloom.
Inside exercise for me today, relax, and look for a good book. emoticon
