Mornings are grand, a new day a new beginning. A slate wiped clean. A new chance to get things right.

Sometimes days can be challenging , problems go unsolved , they are fretted and worried over and thought about and yet we can find no reasonable answer.

We try to sleep we toss and turn , think and over think , maybe no , I should have no, if only no. Then by the grace of God and the sleep fairies we nod off.

Upon awakening refreshed and recharged and invigorated the answer lays before us. Plain and simple.

Don't fret so much on your lack of exercise or weight loss, one morning your answer will come when you step on the scale.

It is in sleep that our questions , hopes and beliefs are answered . If you must get one thing right in life be the best sleeper and dreamer .

    I would love to sleep a night thur but I wake up every two hours to go the bathroom and then hard for me to fall asleep again then the cycle begins again when I do fall asleep wake up to the bathroom again.

    Ah, yes, I am so glad that I have not had as MUCH of a problem with insomnia as I used to back before August. Every once in a while I will have a bad night, but I love my sleep now and feeling refreshed and confident that a new day is dawning.

    I am trying to get back to being a good sleeper. Work schedule ruined it 1 year ago so i still have at least 2-3 nights a week i wake up at 1:00am and cannot go back to sleep. I am working on how to change this.

I am so glad you are a good sleeper and have hopes and dreams answered emoticon

    Whilst this is true, the problem is when we don't sleep well, so that is what I am working on. Physical tiredness helps
