Body fat % stress is OVER

Good morning everyone

I never gave up looking for answers when I was told 5 weeks ago that if my BFP % was at 3 % With this number, I would be on hospital bed, forced fed and near death.
My Personal trainer stopped all cardio and we focused on weight lifting only.
Over the 5 weeks I had trouble increasing the 3% even though I ate gradually increasing my calorie intake after the restriction phase. I was at 980 cals now I am at 1500 cals (normal). No weight gain !!

Naturally I went to the doctor and a health center for a caliper reading.
Guess what ? The result was 21.4 % which is much much better than the 3% !!

I am so relaxed now. Although this is still low for a woman, because of I am a fitness junkie there is no need to panic. Plus they reassured me that it goes up and down by a few percentage.

I wanted to thank you all for your support. I feel so much better now. Less worried and I can focus on living without this at the back of my mind.

I am back to running, yes did 30 mins this morning. Feeling energised and learning to fuel my body.


Another good news. I have hit the 1500 cals and more . Now in my normal calorie range. No weight gain, no guilt. Feeling awesome !
