The first week of April I shared a song daily in my status updates.
I was thinking about continuing the trend this week, using line dances

But I decided it would be more helpful to add on a different fun fitness activity. We don't want to get into a rut!

For more challenge, you can add an overhead press with dumbbells and/or a heel raise for the calves and balance. I have a BOSU and will use it. Wall squats with a stability ball are also quite effective.
Combination moves can be time efficient and engage the brain.
