Being Optimistic!

I really thought about skipping my exercise bike and ST today.

After all, I had already carried an A/C window unit down the stairs, then picked another one up several times while trying to get it situated in DD's window. That counts as ST, doesn't it?

And, I had gone up and down my 13 steps at least 6 or 7 times while doing this...the thing you want is always downstairs, right? That should be my cardio allotment for the day, huh?

But the more I thought about the pain in my back, and what it would feel like tomorrow if I didn't work it out, the more I was convinced the best course of action would be to go ahead and do what I knew was right!

I chose to be optimistic and pretend my back would only feel better if i rode the exercise bike and lifted the weights...and you know, I already feel better!

    Cute cartoon! My body does feel better with exercise. I know that when I made my hips ache from putting down the floor, I really looked forward to walking and biking the next day. Both things helped my hips feel better.

    Ramona, good for you for still exercising while already getting in some exercise. You know what makes you feel less pain and went for it. I am so proud of all your progress in getting yourself healthy and fit. You are such a good role model for me and anyone who wants emoticon to stay and/or get healthy. I had to LOL at the cartoon we all should try to me like Mr. Turtle there.
