I really thought about skipping my exercise bike and ST today.
After all, I had already carried an A/C window unit down the stairs, then picked another one up several times while trying to get it situated in DD's window. That counts as ST, doesn't it?
And, I had gone up and down my 13 steps at least 6 or 7 times while doing this...the thing you want is always downstairs, right? That should be my cardio allotment for the day, huh?
But the more I thought about the pain in my back, and what it would feel like tomorrow if I didn't work it out, the more I was convinced the best course of action would be to go ahead and do what I knew was right!
I chose to be optimistic and pretend my back would only feel better if i rode the exercise bike and lifted the weights...and you know, I already feel better!
