Injured paw and goals for April 2013

Monday, April 08, 2013

This bear kind of looks like I feel. emoticon

It's been an interesting March/April. I have suffered with pneumonia, arthritis (Osteo & Rheumatoid), and adding insult to injury a semi-paralyzed left arm! ...and yet will I trust HIM. emoticon

My goals for the month of April are centered around self care. While there is a regiment of activities designed to help my recovery it's still up to me to make it happen. With God all things are possible... and I do believe!

Therapy for the arm begins on Tuesday. My annual Choir Day is April 28th. My goal is simply to be able to lift "both" hands in worship. emoticon

I will honor my plan for eating. emoticon

I have pledged to my cardiologist to do some kind of movement/exercise regularly. (The doctor's report was great!) emoticon

EXPECTING great things to happen in the next several days... emoticon

Have a marvelous & successful week/month "everyone".

I had pneumonia back when we went to Bible School. We both had it. We got it at the end of the school year. It took me 4 months to recoop and DH it took him over a year. DH doesn't pay as much attention to what docs suggested in how to get better. We found that we had to be careful not to get pneumonia for 5 years after. We babied our bodies and made sure we ate and slept well. We took rests when the body needed it. This is now 16 years later and it has never re-occurred. Thank You Jesus.

Jesus plz touch Debbie's body and make it whole. In Your Name Jesus I pray this - Amen

Trusting in Jesus is the answer Sis. You are doing a fine job.

Read this after I posted on your page. I know God is so able to do abundantly above anything we I know you'll be healed. God truly touched my body last nite in church during praise/worship. Hey all He ask is that we trust Him and as you lift that arm as high as you can I'm sure He will meet you and stretch it out completely!!! Blessing my sister
