I have not shared my love for the color, flower and scent of lavender with y'all but when I saw these pictures they just fit me perfectly so here is another side of me.
Feeling confident in weight program...not only having the plan lined out but also working the plan...
Mindful eating as defined in this challenge of "at the table with no distractions" ...well, I can do that but the essential part of it is to force myself to just sit down and ONLY eating the planned meal or healthy snack!!! No snitching bites when I am preparing the meal or walking through the kitchen and no food outside of the kitchen dining area...now that takes effort!!! OK friends...let's learn this lesson this week for a lifetime and a life style! God bless you every one.
