Sunday Wk7...fields of lavender and mindful eating

I have not shared my love for the color, flower and scent of lavender with y'all but when I saw these pictures they just fit me perfectly so here is another side of me.
Feeling confident in weight program...not only having the plan lined out but also working the plan...
Mindful eating as defined in this challenge of "at the table with no distractions" ...well, I can do that but the essential part of it is to force myself to just sit down and ONLY eating the planned meal or healthy snack!!! No snitching bites when I am preparing the meal or walking through the kitchen and no food outside of the kitchen dining that takes effort!!! OK friends...let's learn this lesson this week for a lifetime and a life style! God bless you every one.

    Beautiful pictures. I use lavendar essential oil nearly every day. Also baby a clump along in my perennial garden. Thanks for sharing.

    Lavender, how well you sleep with it sprayed on your pillows. Working on my eating everyday.
