I got my track in bright and early this morning thank goodness because it poured down raining the rest of the day. Melissa joined Am, Natasha, and I. Our little track workout crew is growing!

Later I got in 2 SP workout videos so I'm wrapping up the rest of my 20000 steps!


I have all my doctor appts scheduled for Thursday out of town. I hope to hear I don't have to go back for awhile. I feel healthier & stronger.

Update! I got in 10 miles for the day! emoticon

    Oh my you are a go getter. How many steps do you average? If you get 10 miles in track you must get well over 20000, And here I was happy with 5 to 6 miles on tracker haha. Hope doc says all is well.
