Work out schedule for April 1-7

Mon - Cardio Burst Workout 22 min
- DDP Yoga Diamond Dozen + Energy 60 min emoticon

Tue - - Short Cardio-Sculpt workout 22 min
- 3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD 45 min emoticon

Wed - TKD 60 min
DDP Yoga - Energy TKD was cancelled, so I did extra Yoga so...... emoticon

Thurs - Cardio Burst Workout 22 min
-3 mile Leslie Sansone DVD 45 min emoticon

Friday- Short Cardio Sculpt Workout 22 min
DDP Yoga - Energy emoticon

Saturday - Walk outside with kids 45-60 min Was raining all day, so did a 5 mile Leslie Sansone dvd with my dd. emoticon

Sunday - Short Cardio Burst Workout 22 min
-2 mile Leslie Sansone DVD 30 min emoticon

Tracked all food and stayed in range everyday emoticon

Drink 9 glasses of water emoticon

I would have to say that my first 7 day streak was a success. I think to celebrate I'm going to give myself a Sparkgoodie. emoticon

Hopefully I'll see a good drop on the scale on Wednesday. emoticon
