8-Week Plan--baby steps

I'm VERY excited at the thought of taking baby steps towards better health! And what's amazing is I WANT to do it! TOTALLY God's grace!

Before I share my plan, I wanted to tell you about our day. We went to our former church in KC and got to see our pastor! WHAT a blessing! Then we went to the KC symphony--WONDERFUL! Then Mom and Dad treated us to a stupendous Mexican food restaurant in downtown KC. Then we all went over to my brother's house and he sang three songs for me on his guitar! I LOVED it!!!!! His band just recorded their first CD--he calls his genre 'rustic folk' and I sure love it!

Okay, back to my plan. And this is my 8-week plan to a more whole foods, nutrient-rich, more plant-based diet and better fitness. Each week shows my new step, PLUS I'll continue with the previous steps and these are only tentative depending on how I'm doing, especially with my exercise goals.

Week 1 [April 1-7th]--no white flour, sugar, rice and pasta
Week 2 [April 8th-14th]--T-Tapp & 10 minutes of daily walking
Week 3 [April 15th-21st]--Up it to 30 minutes of daily walking
Week 4 [April 22-28th]--Up my walking to 3 miles daily and adding apple cider vinegar to diet

Week 5 [April 29-May 5th]--add raw honey and cinnamon [plus up to 4 miles daily]
Week 6 May 6-12th]--Start Salmon oil supplement
Week 7 [May 13-19th]--Do some vegetable juicing
Week 7 [May 20-26th] --Add green tea daily
Week 8 [May 20-26th]--Introduce coconut oil

Okay, that is my tentative plan to move towards healthier lifestyle.
