so i've been pretty absent lately.
the combined effect of the scale telling me the truth and the disheartening day of failing to find a bridesmaid dress have brought me back.
the problem: i'm UP about 30 pounds from my lowest weight.
the solution? buckling down. figuring out my trigger foods so i can stay AWAY from them.
and i have a time line.
only one of 4 bridesmaids found a dress yesterday. the rest of us will try again in july.
i know that's quick but i firmly believe that a lot of it is just from fluff food [you know, the cake, candy, chips, etc]. so.
my head is hanging low, but if i use enough buckles and find a way to stay far far far away from my triggers - once i figure out what they are.
