Avoiding pizza and planning ahead

After my daughter's soccer game at 5:00 1.5 hours away, I knew that I wasn't going to feel like cooking for everyone and no one was going to feel like waiting for me to get something ready. Since some were home and some were with me, we couldn't just stop somewhere without having to bring something home for the others. We decided to order pizza for dh and the girls. I stopped and picked it up on the way home from the game. I was determined not to eat any, but I knew I'd want something with similar flavors or I'd end up eating some anyway! So, I repurposed my leftovers from last night and reheated them with some low-sodium pasta sauce. Yum!
Spent some time this morning getting salads ready for lunch with my in-laws today and lunches through Wednesday at work. Water bottles are in the fridge for tomorrow, I am wearing my workout clothes to sleep in so I can just get up, pack my cooler, and hit the Y in the morning! Can't believe Spring Break is already over! Just 7 weeks of school left!
I even avoided eating my mother-in-laws cheesecake today at lunch!! Determined to see progress, in inches, how I feel and on the scale this week!
