I can't believe it!!! I lost one pound!! It was a big surprise considering that I ate poorly this week. I guess lots of exercise helps a bit.
This week was very emotional for me, as Wednesday was the birthday of my son who was killed in the car wreck in November. Since he had lived with me for a little over a year, I have reminders of him all the time.
I hit my water target every day.
My WATP streak continues, tonight will be 96.
What I ate wasn't too bad, I just ate too much of it, although I did dip into the sweets...
My portions control wasn't real good.
Four days out of five I took good lunches, the fifth was so-so.
I have to get back to my plan.
Drink my water.
Do my WATP.
Stay within my nutrition guidelines.
Watch my portions.
Take good lunches to work.
