Today was a success. I ate well. I am still low on carbs. I have to keep working on that. Mind you, if I have the frozen yogurt with hubby tonight, I'll be a little over my calories, but I'll have met my carbs.
I got in 12 glasses of water today. Only had 1 cup of coffee.
Fitness - I finished Day 1 Week3 of C25K strong.
I took a Visi this morning. Never tried one before. Wow. I've been so full of energy all day long. I could have gone for a second run today. No jitters. Just lots of energy.
I went online and ordered some more. I only have a three day sample, so I'll be out on Tuesday.
Oh yeah. Before I fall asleep tonight, I need to cook up a batch of quinoa for breakfasts for this week at work. I should get up and do that right now. I already have salads made for the next two days.
So overall I'm calling today a success. I really pushed on my run this morning, and finished it strong. Today is a 90% day for me. It isn't 100 only because I am trying to get myself out to the gym as well as everything I've already been doing. This week, the only way I am giving myself a 100% is if I get to the gym that day.
So overall today was a success.
