Walking and Food Tracker

Okay so I started tracking my food again today. I really hate doing that, it takes time that I would rather spend on something else. But I realized that it is probably better for me and I have joined a challenge on one of my teams to track food, so I am taking responsibility for doing the challenge that I signed up for.

I also started another afghan for a friend that got married last year.

I am going to go walking as soon as I am done doing my Spark Points for the day, with the obvious exception of the fitness points and other goals that track the minutes and miles.

Edit: So my walk turned into a walk/jog. I went my usual route around the neighborhood but I jogged for most of it....I even jogged up the steepest part. I did about a mile and a half in about half an hour I think...the whole thing took about 45 minutes I think but am not sure because I did not check my fitbit before I started. All I know is that I did better than I thought I would and I am tired but not as tired as I thought I would be. I feel really good actually.
