Day 4 of the Cleanse

Sunday, April 07, 2013

All is well.

Today was a beautiful day so I spent almost 3 hours working in the garden. .OUCH!

I am all achy now, but I feel good about what I accomplished.

Gardening was my exercise today, and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it burns LOTS of calories. So if you have a garden, get out there and work in it. Aside from being a great physical workout, it is good for the soul!

Happy Sunday! How was your weekend?

Happy Sunday (and gardening) to you!

Highlights were my 4 year niece's birthday party and baking 2 new GF bar recipes, 1 which will stay @ home for us to have and the other which my husband's co-workers are enjoying right now.

Sounds like a relaxing, productive day. I am not much of a gardener but it is still really too early to get started. I was telling my mom the other day maybe I would plant some sunflowers again- they are easy to grow and always make me happy.
No signs of blooms with my forsythia yet but Easter was so early that I may be expecting too much.

Good for you my friend !!! Sounds like you had a lovely day.

I enjoyed dinner with my bro and SIL and friends and then a 15 minute walkwith the dog. Got caught up on lots of SPARKING too. I also order the new SPARK SOLUTION book that I am looking forwad to getting when it hits the market in May. I need a new start to kick my W/L up a knotch, I think this will do the trick !!!

    Have a relaxing evening.
