~ sit at the dinner table and pay attention to my meal

~ journal thoughts and feelings

There is no need to solve every puzzle they present, because they are not literal warnings of what is about to happen in your life! They are just pieces of your subconscious flying around in your brain, bouncing into each other. If you want to look for insight on how to handle tough issues, then turn away from dreams and toward your friends. They have advice you need to hear.

It seemed really tough to get through this workout for some reason plus I had such bad indigestion, it was uncomfortable.

emoticon It's a big balancing act when it comes to love, work, family, friends and private life. The trick is getting what you need when you need it and making sure others get what they need from you. Prioritizing and flexibility: With those two tools, you can make almost anything work. Yes, at some moments a few of your major priorities will have to fall by the wayside, but as long as you're aware of what you're doing, you'll be able to pick them up again in no time.
Today I went to a yoga teacher open house and I have committed ~ gave them my deposit to save a spot ~ 200 hours here I come. It starts June 2nd and I'll graduate August 10th. I am excited and very nervous ~ not sure this is for me ~ not sure I'll be good at it but my ultimate idea is to get something (a studio) in my neighborhood. So begins my new adventure.
