Not enough SLEEP!

emoticon Man it's either chickens or it's feathers! When I get enough exercise....the muscles, the Charley Horses keep me up at night... better luck tonight.. emoticon

    Hope you get a better night tonight there is nothing worse than leg cramps i get them a lot toonespecially if i have been on the coach with Ian sitting for long periods emoticon

    Good luck sleeping tonight. Leg cramps are the pits- especially when you want to get a good night's sleep. Magnesium is a great idea- especially the Epsom salts in a bath. You might need more potassium too. Electrolytes in a sports drink, a banana or a baked potato with the skin! As a retired ballerina, a swig of pickle juice actually helps too LOL emoticon

    That will work itself out!! The more regular exercise you get, the better your sleep. If you have sore muscles try an epson salt bath/soak before bedtime. It will help a lot until your body adjusts!! You're doing a great job!!!

    Oh, no! My friend is the same way! Her doctor checked her Magnesium levels and she was low. Prescribed a supplement.

    have you tried soaking in Epsom salts after exercise?
