Monthly update and reset of goals

I ended with a 7.4 pound loss for the month of March. Not bad with lots of distractions.
April...I'm getting a slow start, but here are the goals
Study nutrition and health daily (have to keep my mind fresh)
Exercise 22 days
Eat on track 22 days
Weigh between 182 and 180 pounds on April 30
Get off my meds
Yesterday we went for a 10 mile bike ride. My legs were rubber when we got home, but is was so fun. Husband rode circles around me, but he had a good chance to practice mountain biking while I stayed on the greenbelt and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I love the greenbelt because you'd never know you were in the middle of a city. I'll have to take photos next time.
