This weight loss journey has gotten a bit on the frustrating side. I seem to be stuck at the 320# area.

For the last 4 weeks, I have not been able to break this barrier.

Today's weigh in is:



So I am going "off" the diet for a week. I don't know if my body has adjusted to the change or what. But I figure, if I stop counting the calories for a little while, it may do the trick.

So fingers crossed. Hopefully I will be below the 320 mark on the next weigh in!

    Sometimes adding a few more minutes doing cardio, or eating certain foods at different times of eh day makes a difference too. Plateaus are not encouraging, but never give up!

    Sounds like you might need a good eating and exercise plan. I wonder if one or two months with a personal trainer or even a Spark coach might help. I know i'm just off of a plan, and fishing around for whatwill work to at least help me maintain. So far so good. I did have some advice from my personal trainer. Glenn
