This week seemed really long for some reason. It wasn't a bad week by any means, so not really sure what was going on, but Easter seems like soooo long ago. Here is how it went:

SLEEP: I have been getting my sleep in each night, but haven't been reading before. It's only a matter of time before I get back to old habits of staying up too late if I don't get back to my routine, so back at it starting tonight.

FOOD: I stayed within range all days except yesterday. The husband and I went out for a date and I may not have made the best choices, but it was delicious and I am not letting myself feel bad about it. I did well with my carbs on a few days, but not so good on others, so still focusing on that. Probably getting old to hear over and over again, but for some reason it's just something that I have not been able to get under control. So, it's still my focus.

WATER: The dandelion root tea concoction I was trying this week did a whole lot of nothing except make me gassy (sorry if TMI). So, that is not something I will be continuing. Good news is, it made sure I got all my water in for the day. But, water isn't an area I struggle with, so I will go back to just plain old H2O.

EXERCISE: 6 days this week! woo hoo! I only took Sunday off, and it felt good!

SODA: 102 days free! Working towards a goal of 365 days.

WEIGHT: down .6 lbs. Not awesome, but at least its still down.
