10 lbs in a Month...

I've been on the chocolate and cookie diet for about a month now.
emoticon emoticon
And this morning the scale was UP exactly 10 lbs from a month ago.

A month ago I saw the lowest weight EVER since my teens - 119.8 lbs. (My dream goal is 120, so I was right there!)
Then I suffered a huge disappointment and things started spiraling out of control. I've been eating chocolate and cookies by the pound ever since. Me, an emotional eater? Never...!!

This morning at 129.8 I'm still within my range but barely and definitely too close for comfort. Determined to never see the 130s again, I have (FINALLY) started to take corrective action. My head is in a good place today; I'm feeling a bit sarcastic...

Goal is to be back down to 125 (my official goal weight) by the end of this month, which, sans chocolate and cookies, should be quite easy to achieve.

Please don't send any "you can do its" - I'm actually in a fairly happy place today.

Did an amazing hike yesterday & going on a little 8-mile hike this afternoon.
Will post a proper hiking blog later.
