My goals for this week are to....
-track EVERYTHING I eat EVERYDAY
-follow WW guidelines & meet my daily points target
-eat at least 5 fruggies everyday
-drink at least 12 glasses of water everyday
-get in at least 60 minutes of cardio 5 days
