so this is my first attempt at 3 bean vegetable chili . This is from the Eat to Live book . I forgot to add the garlic and I was craving bell pepper so i added yellow and red bell pepper .. and I was concerned about not being enough liquid so i added 1 extra can of diced tomatoes... DONT
I totally forgot that vegetables have water .. glad it didnt boil over ..
It was a bit soupy --ERR than it was suppose to be bc well of me lol
though it was yummy i have left overs for like days lol at least i wont have to cook ..
This comes out too... 332 calories per servings but the fat count is uber low
i would say not bad for my attempt at cooking lol since i dont really cook. Though i will say that even though it took a while and all that chopping .. I had fun and I am learning to love cooking and trying new foods. i never ate cauliflower and its not bad i like how it absorbs the flavors
