So it's Sunday again and week 4 is over. This week I at least had a little weight loss earlier in the week but nothing for the end of the week. It's so frustrating to lose and then not lose for several days. I would just like to see the scale go down steadily instead of this stop and go stuff. I just can't figure out why my body seems to be rebelling, looking at my journal I can't see why I lost and then didn't lose anything else. I guess I'll just keep pushing and hope that something gives eventually.
This weeks goals are....
1. Eat between 1800 and 2000 calories
2. Exercise 5 days for at least 20 mins (this is going to be tough with my husband coming into town on Monday)
3. Not weigh myself everyday.
My hubby is coming home (well I actually have to drive to Denver to get him) on Monday, and will be here till thursday evening and then we'll go back over to Denver and spend the night there so he can get his dispatch orders Friday Morning. Looking forward to spending time with him. We're trying to plan a date and it's proving to be very difficult because of our sitter situation, and not knowing what we can go do that doesn't cost a lot of money. Hopefully we figure something out
