Glad my computers working today,, yesterday it just was not cooperating with me. But hopefully it'll stay working.

I tried the Ultimate daily walk workout with Leslie Sanome. Love it. Its great to actually get a workout where it's a challenge and it includes strength training, which is really hard for to do because I've always had to do it separately and honestly, I don't like strength training. I know I have to do it but its boring to me. I couldn't find anything that I could just do it. But having it on the end of my daily workout, It makes it easy for me to do it emoticon

I've done really good on my eating. Actually stayed below my maximum range the past few days. So hopefully I'm back on my way. emoticon I've actually had to make sure I have a little extra in the evening lately, (its been fruit] just to make sure I'm in my goal range.

    Great job on getting it done! I also like being able to do some strength training while doing the cardio rather than taking the extra time to tack it on.
