My sparkcoach action plan is to really look at my program, and make revisions. I used Reports to get the data. So, the first thing is my calorie range. I consistently eat over my range. So the first goal is to eat within my calorie range. Nighttime eating is my issue. I will move a morning snack to a bedtime snack. Second thing is my fitness minutes. I average above 300 minutes a week, so I am good with that part of my program. I love my fitbit, and set a weekly goal of 6,000 steps 5 days a week, one rest day of 3,000 steps and one long day of 10,000 steps. My reward for both of these to be in sync 20 days out of 30, besides losing weight, is a spa pedicure.
While I haven't lost the weight as rapidly as I had wanted, I love getting the knowledge of why. Spark People helps me be healthy.
