Three things to be positive about today

This spark coach message came at a timely manner for me. I have had a discouraging week - new job, transitions, feeling uncomfortable. I have really focused on the negatives.


Ability to move - I can walk, I can track my food, I have food, I have water, I have those creature comforts

Abilities at work - in spite of not feeling very comfortable or confident, I have the abilities - I just need to relax right now.

Love and support - I have love and support from my family and friends. I am thankful for all of them.
