Still on the road - did manage to get my video in this morning Week 3 Day 5 "Bootcamp: 10-Minute Lean Legs Workout" emoticon Cardio again will be a challenge given we'll be in the car most of the day.

Looking forward to going back to normal tomorrow - okay semi-normal. Are we ever normal?

Update: Stopped off of Dunkin Donuts and ordered a banana and bowl of oatmeal. All that temptation and I settled for a good hearty breakfast.

Did my laps. All and all good day

    I want you to know that you inspired me! I joined the 5K Walk Team and day 2 was walking 1 mile and I put it off for 2 days and then, I thought, "if she can do it, I can too" and I walked my mile. Thanks for the example and wishing you safe travel. emoticon emoticon Chelsea
